By using the Nibi application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application. Your continued use of Nibi constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Use of the Application

You agree to use the Nibi application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must:

  • Use the app solely for personal financial management purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or security
  • Not use the app in ways that could damage, disable, or overload our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding financial data

It is prohibited to use the application for any illegal activities, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with other users' experience.

User Financial Data

You retain all rights to your personal financial data, including expenses, income, invoices, and account information. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and store your data to provide core financial tracking services
  • Generate analytics and insights for your personal use
  • Create anonymized reports for service improvement
  • Backup and sync your data across your devices

Accounts and Security

If you create an account with Nibi, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

Given the sensitive nature of financial data, we strongly recommend using strong passwords and enabling any available security features.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases made through the Nibi application are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). These purchases are subject to their terms and conditions.

  • Subscription fees are charged automatically according to your chosen plan
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
  • Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy
  • Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period

Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • The application will be error-free or continuously available
  • Any financial calculations or insights will be completely accurate
  • The service will meet your specific financial management needs
  • Your data will never be lost due to technical failures

You acknowledge that financial management decisions are your responsibility, and Nibi serves as a tool to assist but not replace professional financial advice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email updates to registered users
  • Updates posted on our website
  • Version notes in app store updates

Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • You lose access to subscription features immediately
  • Your data may be retained for a limited period as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • You can request complete data deletion by contacting us
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance
